Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a simple material — but its thermal performance makes it one of the best investments in any Gulf-region building.
EPS consists of plastic beads filled with air — and static air is one of the poorest conductors of heat. When that air is trapped in a light, durable material, a building gets effective insulation against summer heat, plus moisture resistance and dimensional stability that many alternatives cannot offer.
